Return and Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at us!

We accept return/exchange/returen.

Return window 

100% / 30 DAYS exchange/refund guarantee – if you are returning a defective cartridge for refund, you will receive 100% exchange or 100% refund if the return is made within 30 days.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

How will customers get the return label?

For defective products (This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or is proven to be defective in another way):  we will be responsible for the shipping cost for return.  Normally, we will send you a label or tracking number, please write it or print it and send the parcel back to us.

For customer remorse (This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item):  It is the customer's responsiblity for return the product safely.   The customer needs pay the shipping cost. 


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges


If you return a new item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  The item must be in the original packaging.

If you return a lightly used item, it item must have at least of 90% life time left. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.


How to Return:

Each return MUST have an RMA number before you send the parcel to us. “a Return Merchandise Authorization” number. Contact us to request an RMA number and be sure to indicate the reason for your return, your order number, and any other relevant information.


Write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return.   Any parcel without RMA number will be rubbished. 


Please do ask for signature on delivery.  Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

For small parcels, please take some pictures of the parcel and contact us when the parcel is out for delivery.  In some cases, the courier driver just drops the parcel at somewhere we never see.  


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us before you send it.



Exempt Goods:


The following are exempt from return / exchange / refunds:


Brother, Canon, Dell, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark etc. are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. If you have a defective original brand item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers’ warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.


For Continuous Ink Systems (CIS), most of the issues are related to installation.  If these products are properly installed you should have no problems with these products.




Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Shipping cost


If it is proven that we have provided you with an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we will be responsible for the shipping cost for return.


If you change your mind or purchase a wrong model or there is firmware update after your purchase the items and, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
